The Workflow Builder
Four kinds of Block.
Every document you need.
A Workflow is an ordered set of Steps, and a Step mixes Blocks of any type. That is the whole model — small enough to hold in your head, deep enough to run a residence permit.
Form
Ask exactly what the case needs.
Multi-page Forms across sixteen Form Field types — including country, nationality, address and repeating groups. Conditional logic hides what does not apply, and a hidden Form Page never submits an answer.
File Upload
Files, and nothing else.
Instructions plus an upload target with real rules: allowed types, size caps, minimum and maximum counts. Uploading is not sending — your Client stages files, then submits them deliberately.
PDF Filler
The form fills itself, then gets signed.
Position Placements on any PDF and they stamp from the Client Data Profile. Add Signature Placements and the same document becomes what the Client signs — frozen the moment they do.
Versioned templates
Publishing creates an immutable version. Every Client Workflow pins one, so editing a template never reaches into work already in flight.
Library and Block Templates
Save any Block to your Library, sort it into Categories, and reuse it. Templates are snapshots, never links — editing one never disturbs the other.
Per-Client customisation
Edit one Client’s Workflow without touching the template. Added, edited and hidden Steps are badged, and you can reset to the template whenever.
Client View
See the Workflow exactly as your Client will, including questions you added seconds ago, before a single invitation goes out.
Review & Threads
Feedback stays
with the work.
Approve a Document, or ask for exactly one thing again. The reason is posted into that Document’s Thread, so your Client reads it where they can act on it — not four replies deep in an email.
Request Update, not reject
Returns one Attachment with a note and reopens exactly that Block. The rest of the Workflow keeps its progress.
Internal Messages
Mark a Message internal and your Client never sees it. Your team reads the case history in one place instead of two.
Per-Document review
Every uploaded Document is approved or returned on its own, and each one carries its own Thread.
Waiting on you
An attention feed surfaces unanswered update requests, files that were never replaced, and new Messages.

Security & data protection
Passports and criminal records.

You handle some of the most sensitive data a person has. Ours is not a compliance page bolted on afterwards — these are rules the platform is built to, and a bucket in the wrong region is treated as a defect.
GDPR · EU data residency
EU-only, by construction
Compute and databases run in EU regions, object storage is created with an EU jurisdiction restriction, transactional email leaves from an EU region, and backups stay in the EU under the same retention as production.
No public file storage
Buckets have no public access and no public domain. Every read and write goes through a short-lived link scoped to a single object, and deleting a Document cascades to the stored file.
No personal data in logs
Logs carry identifiers only — Company, Client, Workflow. Never names, emails, addresses, Form answers or file contents. Product analytics are consent-gated and masked in the browser before anything is sent.
Access you can audit
Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, a login log per Member, automatic sign-out after an hour idle, and rate-limited authentication.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
HTTPS everywhere with automatically renewed certificates, TLS to storage and mail, objects encrypted at rest, and a database that is never published to the public internet.
Processors under contract
A Data Processing Agreement with every Company, and no new processor added without one. You are the Controller for your Clients’ data; we are your Processor, and the DPA says so.
